Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility: Items in new, unworn, and resalable condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Label: A return label will be sent to you immediately via email. The item must be shipped back within 7 days after delivery.

Return Options: When you initiate a return, store credit will be issued for an exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and you can choose between store credit or an exchange.

Higher Priced Item: If the replacement item costs more, an invoice will be sent for the price difference

Dropped Priced Item: If the replacement item costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Shipping Costs: Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Refunds

We will no longer issue refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges only.

Special Offers Policy

Restriction on Offers: Promotions like "Buy One, Get Two Free" do not qualify for exchanges or store credit unless we made a mistake (such as sending the wrong or defective items).

No Exchanges or Store Credit: Items bought with special offers cannot be exchanged or converted into store credit.
Claims
After 60 days, no refunds, store credits, replacements, or other compensation will be given. This includes issues like:

- Orders not received

-Missing items

- Damaged items upon arrival

Customers should review their orders promptly and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Fraud Policy

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent based on our detection systems.

Verification: If you believe your order was wrongly flagged, please contact customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Policy

Processing Time: Pre-order items will take 7 to 14 days for processing and shipping.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier selected.

Store Credit Policy

Validity: Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date issued.

Expiration: Afterward, the store credit will expire and cannot be renewed.
Usage: Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website during its validity period.
