Purchasing

Stock Availability: Items added to your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until the order is completed. If an item sells out, you will receive an email notification about its unavailability.

Order Processing: During checkout, available shipping options and their costs will be displayed.

 

Shipment: Upon receipt of your order, please allow a processing period of 24 to 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. It is important to note that all orders are subject to this processing time, which is distinct from the duration required for a shipment to reach its final destination following fulfillment.

Once processing is completed, a tracking number will be issued promptly. Please be advised that the tracking number will be updated once the United States Postal Service (USPS) has received the package and successfully processed it through their System.

 

Lost or Misplaced Packages: Once the carrier has possession of the package, it is beyond our control. In the event of a lost package or a package marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for lost or misplaced packages.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, there are two options:

 

- Refund: The purchase amount, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded.

- Reshipment: The order will be reshipped to the correct address at no extra charge once. If it is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will cover the shipping costs.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier selected.

Standard delivery: usually takes around 3 to 7 business days
